Happy weekend all, off to the bush for a shoot with the very talented Elsa Young. I'm ready for a little break from the city.

Road Trip

Took a little road trip to Potchefstroom yesterday and on the way back stopped in a little antique store?.... don't ask they find me! A few things caught my eye, the label on an old trunk, the portrait of a bearded guy (I like him he has kind eyes), and a 1946 issue of Sarie Marais magazine (modern day Sarie?)

A Portrait

Found this handsome young chap in JAB Louw in Melville. Signed by the artist PJ Lamb in 1950. He inspired this next post.
