Housewerks

I'm planning a trip to the US in two weeks and one place I always visit is the gorgeous Housewerks.  Housed in the most beautiful building, owned by two of the sweetest people and  jam packed full of the most awesome industrial finds this place regularly gets raided by those in the know. Mostly I have to just admire because they have a lot of really big items, my usual dilemma. One day I'll get round to filling a container, I swear. So Ben, Tracey here I come, save me something small.

My special visitor

I'm beyond words excited for my friend Phil to arrive from the states today! Even though I'll get to see her for only a few hours before she leaves tomorrow to visit family, I'm so happy she is coming to stay! Hopefully after her 17 hour flight she'll forgive me for putting her on the blowup mattress. This girl has incredible taste and a spectacular home. Her blog Curate is an inspiration. She'll soon be writing full time so I'll keep you posted. (Phil, darling please forgive me....
