Alfred.Edgar.Jack.Gustav.Adam

Perfect for these handsome fellas. Saw them at Maison Object and fell in love. From the fabulous range at iBride. They're made from high density fiberboard that slots together like a puzzle. See more of their amazing pieces like Fausto the antelope bookshelf.

Birdy business

My sisters cute birds have started arriving from the kiln. We planned a whole shoot for Sunday but somehow we hit a few snags... like the battery on my camera died (seriously?) and we did not have all the product.  But we did manage to shoot a few of them on my... um erhm...phone and package some for an order. It got a bit messy with all the wood wool that we used to stuff the parcels with. Luckily there's a long weekend coming up so hopefully we'll manage a few more shots of the candles and vases. I'll keep you posted.

Commute Home

While searching for inspiration for a job at the end of this month, I remembered this Toronto based company Commute Home whose wall installations are stellar. These are perfect large scale ideas for an office space or function area that needs a bit of a kick in the pants.

WOW

You might recall Anna-Wili Highfield's work from a previous post. She made the beautiful birds for the Anthroplogie Into the Light House installation. These horse masks that she made for Hermes are just amazing.
